Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts to attract and secure top-tier talent in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Role Summary:

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at CAGE, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring exceptional talent for our growing organization. Your expertise in AEC industry recruitment will allow you to develop tailored strategies for sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals who align with our technical and cultural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement effective strategies to source, attract, and hire qualified AEC professionals, including engineers, surveyors, project managers, and technical specialists.

• Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals.

• Collaborative Hiring: Partner closely with hiring managers to define position requirements, set expectations, and deliver top candidates within agreed timelines.

• Screening & Assessment: Conduct candidate screenings, manage interview processes, and facilitate timely feedback to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about AEC industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to guide recruitment strategies.

• Employer Branding: Collaborate with HR and marketing to showcase CAGE's culture, values, and career opportunities across all platforms.

• Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress, challenges, and achievements.

• Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with industry associations, universities, and community organizations to strengthen CAGE's presence in the AEC talent market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the AEC industry.

• Strong understanding of technical roles and skillsets in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction.

• Successful track record of full-cycle recruitment and building candidate pipelines.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Rewarding Compensation

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
  • The salary range provided is a general guideline. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and overall alignment with the role and company needs.
